” It’s the future. We know the best thing you can do is branch out,” said Lloyd Mathieson, president of Chicken Ranch Tribal. “And what better way to branch out into an offering than around something you already know, which is gambling. Because it’s Class II, the tribes really have more control. The feds are always involved. , but the involvement of the state ceases. That’s what really attracted us to this application, it is the possibility for the tribes to strengthen their sovereignty.

“It’s important to us to always look for ways to improve the future of our tribe and our communities,” said Chair Terri Parton, Wichita and Affiliated Tribes. “Because it’s Class II, there’s no revenue sharing with the state, so tribal nations will earn more. When tribes earn more, it means more jobs and stronger communities.

The Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma sees a particular benefit to tribal nations like theirs. “We’re not one of the biggest tribes, but we’re strategic, forward-thinking and progressive,” said Eastern Shawnee Tribe Treasurer Justin Barrett. “When tribes are able to scale and properly manage our gaming offerings, we can generate more revenue for the good of our people and our communities.”

“This is an exciting time for our Tribal Nations and Vetnos partners,” said Joshua Berkowitz, Founder and Executive Chairman of Vetnos. “We are determined to bring value and opportunity to Indian Country and are committed to deepening our relationships with Tribes across the country. Our proprietary technology platform and patented games are changing the landscape for Tribal Nations to seeking a lower-risk entry point into sports gaming in a purely Class II format.

PlaySqor, a Class II application, is an easy-to-learn variation of sports-themed games. Developed in consultation with Class II legal experts and using an experienced Class II independent testing lab for compliance with Class II technical standards, PlaySqor offers a fixed odds betting approach.
