Grab a ticket and some popcorn for our picks for the best games and sporting events in Houston in January 2022.

This month marks the end of the road for the Texans, but also the return of the Chevron Houston Marathon just in time for its 50th anniversary.

Elsewhere, the Rockets are home to some of basketball’s biggest stars (including a certain three-point shooting machine), and the LSU Tigers and Monster Trucks will each have a chance to race at NRG.
