The Bally Sports app and new website, intended to replace Fox Sports GO, weren’t quite ready to launch on March 31 – when Fox Sports became Bally Sports. After launching their new website last week, the Bally Sports app is now available on mobile and connected TV devices like Apple TV, Fire TV, and Android TV. It’s coming to Roku, but it’s still being rolled out.
The app is more feature-rich than just a place to stream games live. You can track scores, stats, standings, and news. Plus, it features video game previews and game highlights from teams playing on Bally Sports’ RSNs.
If you have access to Bally Sports’ RSNs through your cable, satellite, or streaming provider, currently limited to AT&T TV, you can authenticate to access your team’s live games. There are no breakdowns, which means you can watch the games whether you’re in your home region or on the road. The new video player also includes a TV guide, as well as the ability to watch past games and shows on demand.
You can also create a Bally Sports account, which will allow you to follow your favorite teams so that you only follow the ones that interest you. The site will also be personalized according to the teams in your local market. In the future, it is expected that your account can be used for free bets and interactive games.
To access it, Fox Sports GO customers will automatically get the update – or you can download it manually from the various app or channel stores.

Much like the website, the Bally Sports app, which was in development with Deltatre, provides access to live games available on RSN Bally Sports, including those on Bally Sports Extra their overflow channel. To access it, you will need to sign in with your TV Everywhere credentials for your cable, streaming, and satellite provider.
The company plans to expand the app to include free games, real-time stats, and highlights throughout the game.
At the 23rd Annual Needham Growth Conference, Sinclair Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Lucy A.
